Media Innovation definitely deserves more than 5 stars. Our Control4 system was installed incorrectly by another company and Media Innovation has been very helpful to try to troubleshoot and correct the issues. They are so helpful with the process and their urgency is incredible. We have a big repair coming up in December to reinstall the system correctly with them and I am looking forward to it! I highly recommend Media Innovation. They are amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of working with MIT (Media Innovation Technologies) for the installation of a Control 4 home automation system, and I can’t say enough about how exceptional the entire experience was! From start to finish, MIT exceeded every expectation I had.

Media Innovation Technologies just completed a project in our home in Arizona. I’m sure that this wasn’t the biggest or most important project that was on their schedule. But they did treat this project as the most important job on their schedule. The two technicians that installed the sound system were absolutely incredible. They were knowledgeable, competent and personable. Brian and Justin treated our home as if it was their own. When the internet went down just as they were prepared to test the system and complete the project, they remained calm and Brian returned the very next day in order to ensure that the system worked and that we were completely satisfied.. Throughout the entire project, Deborah from the main office remained in constant contact and was extremely helpful in every way. Tony , you have some great people in your organization. It’s a wonderful company. We would highly recommend the services provided by Media Innovation Technologies to anyone.

We were introduced to Media Innovation Technologies by the builders of our new home.  The builder made arrangements for Victor and Matt to meet us at our new home.  The same day they came up with a proposal for TVs and sound system through out the house.  The also provided us with a proposal for auto shades and blinds for the whole house.  In our absence they arranged for their knowledgeable and professional crew to come in to our home and install and set up everything.  We couldn’t be happier and say enough great things about the integrity, the honesty and helpfulness of everyone that we’ve encountered at Media Innovations.  From the billing crew to the installers to the amazing staff this has been a true blessing to find Media Innovations.  We would highly recommended the to one and all.

I used MIT for the installation of an alarm system, purchase and installation of speakers in the ceiling of great room, purchase and installation of two tv installations (one inside and one outside) and purchase and installation of automated shades for great room.  I liked the "one-stop shopping" aspect of doing all of this with one place.
The company is great in regards to responsiveness, product knowledge and customer service.  Both the sales folks and the installers were extremely knowledgeable about everything, listened to the way that I wanted everything set up and took the time to clearly explain how to use all of the equipment so that it was easy for me.  They're also great at problem solving as I encountered several issues as a result of the prior alarm system that was in my house.
I highly recommend MIT for any audio/video needs.
